Сlustertruck is a 3D platformer game with parkour mechanics by LandFall Games. In the game, you have to make your way through levels by jumping over trucks that ride across various terrains at full speed. Your target is to score as many points as possible. Though the lustertruck system requirements are rather low, visuals of the game are impressive. Guys from LandFall Games managed to use the Unity engine at the full power and optimized it for good performance even on old devices. lustertruck game has beautiful dynamic lighting and shading that provide a very deep image.

Gameplay 5/5

The idea of lustertruck gameplay is quite plain but incredibly immersive. You play as an unknown guy who is trained enough to perform long jumps and salts over rapidly riding trucks. Your mission is to reach the end of a level without touching anything except the trucks’ roofs. The task is challenging, but very engaging due to the amazingly impressive stunts.

After finishing every mission, you receive the score report. You can either continue or try to beat your current score to get more points. The points perform the function of credits. You can spend them on buying upgrades for the character. Some of them allow you to run faster, while others improve your jumping technique to enable you to make double jumps, for example. All advanced abilities allow you to replay all the completed levels to improve scores as well as to unlock more difficult levels.

This game requires good reaction speed to fit in timings while jumping. Truck crashes are usually random, so you can just learn every level to complete it. The only way is to master controls and perform clear actions to cross the finish line.

For this lustertruck review, we tested console and PC controls. Both keyboard-plus-mouse and gamepad layouts are very easy to learn. In the PC version, you have to use traditional WASD for moving, Shift for speeding up, Space for jumping, and a mouse to navigate. If you prefer playing with a gamepad, you have to use sticks for the same purposes.

Replay Value 5/5

lustertruck full game includes 90 levels separated into 9 blocks. The full walkthrough takes about an hour if you manage to complete levels without mistakes. As you can assume, it’s close to impossible, so about 10 hours of gameplay are guaranteed. After the first walkthrough, you can replay the game to beat high-scores.
