Originally released in 1987 for the Amstrad CPC and ZX Spectrum home computers, this unique top-down shooter from prolific British developers Gremlin Graphics saw players take on the role of Nimrod, a plucky little Biopton, who is sent on a dangerous mission to rescue other Bioptons who have been imprisoned by the hostile Cratons and imprisoned on the sinister network of 'Matrix' prison planets. Gameplay
Choose a Matrix to land on, then infiltrate the planet and rescue your friends. Along the way you can find and use a variety of items, from weapons, to building blocks, to tv cameras that provide useful intel. Watch out for the guards, along with hazards like mines and black ice.This enhanced version introduces a number of modern features to this retro classic, including:
