Being powered with one of the best engines today, Unreal Engine 4, it shows the beautiful design of the environment, exquisite effects, and perfect animation. Although it’s a top-down experience in a fable setting, it looks incredibly realistic. Talking about CGIs, they’re so deep, volumetric, and juicy that you won’t believe your eyes. It’s so thrilling to complete levels to watch the next CGI!

Darksiders: Genesis gameplay is based on mechanics that are traditional for the series. They include hack-and slash fightings and role-playing system. However, the game looks and feels differently from the previous installments because the 3rd-person perspective changed to the top-down camera that always hangs high above the battlefield. That’s because Darksiders: Genesis latest version is considered to be a spin-off in the series. It tells a standalone story of the 4th Horseman of Apocalypse, Strife, and his brother, War.

Moreover, you can invite your friend and slaughter enemies together in online or local co-op. While making the Darksiders: Genesis review, we tested this feature with Switch’s joy-cons, and it was a pleasurable experience. You can shoot and cut everything that moves in any direction in the best traditions of Alien Shooter and bullet-hell shooters of the past.
