Five years ago Carl Johnson escaped from the pressures of life in Los Santos, San Andreas, a city tearing itself apart with gang trouble, drugs and corruption. Where film stars and millionaires do their best to avoid the dealers and gangbangers.
Now, its the early 90s. Carls got to go home. His mother has been murdered, his family has fallen apart and his childhood friends are all heading towards disaster. On his return to the neighborhood, a couple of corrupt cops frame him for homicide. CJ is forced on a journey that takes him across the entire state of San Andreas, to save his family and to take control of the streets.
This title has been converted from the original PlayStation2 version to the PS4 system. Consequently, there may be times where the title plays differently from the PlayStation2 version, or where some features may not function properly. This version does not support PlayStation2 peripherals, therefore some functionality may not be available.
Offline multiplayer (2 players)
Uses DUALSHOCK4 vibration function
Remote Play allows users to connect to and play games on their PlayStation4 or PlayStation5 using a mobile device, PC, or another PlayStation4 or PlayStation5.
Online features require an account and are subject to terms of service and applicable privacy policy (playstationnetwork.com/terms-of-service & playstationnetwork.com/privacy-policy).
Software subject to license (us.playstation.com/softwarelicense).
One-time license fee for play on accounts designated primary PS4 system and other PS4 systems when signed in with that account.
