Both iOS and Android NFL apps offer the same user interface. It’s descriptive enough for you to catch details of every event, but you’ll have to spend some time learning to browse it. You can read and view news and videos relate only to your favorite team or explore the entire roster of teams in the common feed. All charts provide the latest information about events in a clear format so that you could skim them through.

The NFL app is an excellent hub for every football fan. It offers not only after-match highlights but also live streaming of all matches. The basic version for smartphones and tablets includes up-to-minute charts, scoring, and brief textual highlights. No matter what team you root for, you will receive articles, videos, and breaking news without delays. Access to premium features, such as RedZone, Game Pass, Shop, and others is also provided. 

If you are a subscriber of Charter, DirecTV, Verizon FiOS, Cox, Xfinity, Optimum or one of many other providers, you can unlock NFL RedZone or Network 24/7/365 for free on your tablet. The service works anywhere in the USA, except areas where your provider doesn’t have coverage.

Phone and tablet versions provide live streaming and on-demand replays of matches, Playoffs, and Super Bowl. NFL is also a profound reader for news, highlights, and breaking reports. If you want to expand your experience, visit the integrated NFL store where you can find loads of official merch. Shipping and online payments work all over the US, so you can get ready for any upcoming event in advance. 

In-app Purchases – 5/5

You can install NFL app for free on Android devices, iPhone, iPad, Chromecast devices, and Apple TV. If you want to get full access to all current content updates, you need NFL Game Pass for $99.99, Season Pass for $79.99, or an extra NFL RedZone pass for $34.99. All versions include ads during streams, but no interrupting pop-up banners. At least, we didn’t catch any while preparing this NFL review. 

The Bottom Line

NFL is an all-in-one mobile service for real football fans that combines a high-quality streaming service with a comprehensive news feed, and an awesome fan store. Get it and be sure to be in time for every event no matter where you go. This app doesn’t lack anything except a more straightforward interface design.
