Polar Flow review would not be full without mentioning its amazing design. The app was made for active people, owners of Polar watch and other Polar devices. This means, that all the information that appears on the screen of your phone must be easy and simple. People who are training in the gym or jogging can’t stop to check the stats. Polar made catchy design, letters, and pictures that can be seen from the distance.

While Polar Flow app may not be the best among similar apps, but it is really close to it. It was made for Polar clients and it contains numerous features that are easy to reach with one or few taps. After the Polar Flow install process is over, you will have to create your profile and sync it with Polar watch.

The first thing you see on your home screen is beautifully made stats in the form of a clock with all your activity numbers during the day. It highlights in different shades of blue, and filled with graphic images of a human being that rests, sits, stands, walks and runs. Each of these images is signed with a number of minutes and hours you’ve spent in this current position. Sounds simple? It looks great, anyway. At the bar below you will see your daily goal and how much you have already achieved. The menu is located in the left upper bar.

You can even improve your exercises or add various activities. There are daily and weekly and monthly summaries of your activity. Polar Flow's latest version offers over 130 different sports up to your choice. It calculates a number of calories that you may have burned and the quality of your sleep.

Polar Flow free of charge app does not ask for additional purchases to work properly. The app is totally free, and unlike similar tracking apps, it does not contain annoying ads.
