Gang Beasts Gets Physical Release

One of the maddest games released recently mostly got recognition on the Internet. Though it’s quite enough for financial success now, critical acclamation still requires a game to get a physical release; until then it seems not to exist. Well, today we see Gang Beasts being born.

In fact, Gang Beasts was available for PS4 and Xbox One as a digital release. Players still could fight with their anthropomorphic beasts in the streets, on icebergs, roofs, plants and so on. But many of us cannot take a game seriously without a disc on the shelf. The time has come.

The release date is officially scheduled now by Skybound Games. Since December 3rd. you can purchase a physical copy. Hardly will it feature new elements in addition to PvP and co-op modes we already know. It’s more about the sensation you feel when holding it with your fingers.

Pricing

Though the game is advertised as “endlessly stupid”, its publishers are not. The digital release is $19.99. The physical may be more expensive and come with various perks for special edition fans who otherwise might as well download it. Those who ignore the game before smelling the freshly unpacked disc (or just don’t want to pay twice), may see the video and appreciate the craze.
