MyHumana app has a well-designed interface. Everything is perfectly placed and you will not lose your time on searching your cards or prescriptions. The navigation is simple and logical. Besides, the app is made in pleasant green and white Humana colors. The letters are seen from afar and you don’t get annoyed by vivid sparkling background. This is actually the easiest way for each all the information that Humana offers.

It must be mentioned in this MyHumana review, that this app is made for Humana plan owners. The app was designed by Humana and it is only natural that you don’t need it if you are not a member and don’t have a registered healthcare plan there. So, the first thing you need to do after the MyHumana install process will be over, is to login into your profile.

Each category has a brief explanation under it and instructions on what to do. For example, under your profile is a suggestion to tap to check all the notifications. This is really convenient for many inexperienced app users. They can see Claims, ID Cards and history of operations on the main screen, besides the profile information.

Open each category and read the information you need. For your convenience it was separated on subcategories, like in “Claims” it is Medical, Pharmacy and Dental.
