Pixelmon Mod for minecraft
Pixelmon Mod for Minecraft is a mashup of two extremely popular universes. Now it’s a Minecraft world inhabited by Pokémon, with most Pokémon features, like Pokedex, Gyms, and online battles. But can you download Pixelmon Mod for Minecraft at all? That’s the question.
Graphics 2/5
Well, at least the designers bothered to create arts. That’s already impressive. A spoiler: that’s more of Minecraft and Pokémon than you will see throughout the entire game. Instead, ads may show you adult content, without any warning.
But hey. If the app made you want to tap DOWNLOAD at least twice, then you have seen enough ads for it all to make sense. Not for you, of course, but for those who got this started. They may consider the app well-designed.
Gameplay 1/5
There is no gameplay at all. Of course, if it isn’t supposed to be constantly visiting new download pages and install endless instances of the apps with the same name, hoping that at least one of them will launch.
Does Pixelmon Mod exist at all? Yes, it exists, but it’s only here for desktop platforms. At least, one you can install, launch, and play. The popular mod is published for Android and iOS by various companies. While iOS version is paid (just $0.99), an Android one is free. But it doesn’t matter: we tried to find at least one review from a user who did install and play the game, and we gave up after rewinding the reviews to a year ago.
Last but not least: as we deal with a fraud act, we’re not sure whether iOS and Android versions aren’t backed by the same developers. But we recommend neither anyway.
Controls 1/5
We cannot say anything about controls. At least, it would require a working mobile game, and we just couldn’t hide it behind all these ads. Arguably there is no game at all behind the wall of ads, and so, probably, no controls. But as for the ads, it’s made greatly: one careless move, and you are already watching another commercial or a banner you didn’t intend to see.
Replay Value 1/5
If you can enjoy installing app by app constantly, it can be called “replay”. In fact, it is hard to replay the game by Pixelmon that you cannot even play once. The best pixelemonade we can make out of this pixelemon is a decision to stay away from an app if its reviews are screaming about it. And it doesn’t matter how the publisher advertises it.
Conclusion
It’s hard to imagine, but this app has really been downloaded over a million times on Google Play. And still not enough complaints to ban it completely. So you just better read the reviews, not to download it accidentally. There is literally nothing to search for, and nothing to hope for.
It promises Minecraft;
It teaches you to trust reviews as well as descriptions.
Installs multiple copies of itself (or other apps with the same icon);
Hardly there is any game at all.
