Starbucks
Starbucks is a convenient official app for making orders and payments in the Starbucks network of coffee spots. It’s the easiest way to get rewards, manage your cards, look for the nearest shop, and do many more things paperless. You can download Starbucks for iOS devices on App Store and for Android on Google Play.
Design – 5/5
Starbucks latest version has a highly convenient input that’s been tested for years and years. It’s divided into 5 sections that stand for Cards, Orders, Gifts, Stores, and the Home feed. Each tab includes comprehensive information that you can read in a glance.
Usability – 5/5
If you visit Starbucks stores at least 2 times a week, the Starbucks app will make your experience much more pleasant. Start from using it for in-store and distant payments to have the entire history of your purchases in your account. If you have one or more cards, tie them with the account to manage them remotely. Every purchase you make brings a certain number of stars that you can later exchange for rewards, such as extra drinks and foods. You can redeem them anytime.
In the Order section, you can explore the full menu, check out how calories and availability in the nearest store. After 3 months of almost daily usage for this Starbucks review, I didn’t face the absence of any product independently of which store I chose. If you’re a fan of particular foods and drinks, you can reorder from the previous check or select them in Favorites.
If you want to cheer up your friends or relatives, try to do it with a gift card. The store includes cards for any occasion, including birthday, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Thanksgiving, Halloween, and more. Unfortunately, there’s no way to upload your own designs.
Features – 5/5
Starbucks iOS and Android versions allow you to make orders and quick payments with barcodes, earn and redeem more rewards, and avoid standing in queues or waiting for your order. If you’re new to the area, just browse for the closest store and use the navigator to reach it. You can also replenish your cards via the app.
In-app Purchases – 5/5
The free Starbucks app provides you with full access to the menu and in-advance orders. If you want to redeem your bonuses, you have to collect enough to pay for something from the menu. You can also buy gift cards and send them directly to accounts of other users without extra fees. Finally, this app isn’t supported by ads and doesn’t require a subscription.
The Bottom Line
