Company of Heroes 2 is a real-time strategy game that was released back in June 2013. The game tells us a story about World War Two. You will have to command the troops and complete various levels in order to move through the storyline. The game offers two main campaigns and many DLCs with additional missions and different troops. Company of Heroes 2 graphics are not bad. While playing, you will see a lot of explosions and other special effects, and they look pretty realistic. However, textures and objects may look old. Nevertheless, you will not pay attention to these details when the fight starts. Most of the colors of the game are dark-grey. Sometimes you will play on snow locations, where you will be able to see bright colors.

Company of Heroes 2 offers two main campaigns. You can play the USSR Company or USA Army Company. Each company has more than 10 missions. Each mission has a different plot, but you will have to perform approximately the same movements. You have to lead your troops through the city and kill your enemies. Sometimes you can play missions where you have to hold your position. In that case, you will have to place mines all over the map in order to make it easier to defend the spot. You can select the difficulty before each mission (easy, medium, and hard). 

While playing, you will see your mini-map at the left bottom corner. There you can see all the information about your and your enemy's troops. You have to provide your people with cover, otherwise, they will be killed within seconds. You can also throw fragmentation or smoke grenades. All the units are located at the top right corner. Above each unit, you can see the indicator of HP (health points).

It should take some time to get used to the Company of Heroes 2 controls. Nevertheless, it will be easy to play the game because controls are not hard to master. However, it will be complicated to look for each unit due to the large number of them. You have to make fast decisions in order to save your people and complete the mission.

Company of Heroes 2 will be interesting to replay for the second time, but some missions might be too complicated or borings. Nevertheless, you will enjoy replaying Company of Heroes 2, especially if you are a fan of war strategy games.
