Even though the game was officially released on October 23d, it still looks like the early access version. There are a lot of things to be fixed, and unfortunately, the visual part is on the list too. The textures are glitchy, and low-quality and all we can hope for is that the developers will solve the issue soon. However, the good thing is that there are more advantages of the game, and we will consider them further in this Crossroads Inn review.

You are going to play the role of the tavern owner. Your tavern is located in the heart of the region called Delcris. Delcris is placed on the border of three powerful kingdoms, which is also a crossroads of busy trade routes. You need to think over the design of the building, arrange the supply of goods, hire workers and develop your business in every way so that not only drunkards but also noble people will talk about your tavern.

Potential employees are divided into classes: servants help visitors and provide information about where it is more profitable to trade, chefs come up with original recipes, thieves at poker tables can clean other people's wallets for you, thugs are ready to throw out the thieves if they will be caught stealing (and, it seems, will allow you to pretend that you have nothing to do with it).

In addition to the sandbox, the Crossroads Inn game also has a storyline for 6-8 hours. The main character is a farm laborer working in the tavern of his uncle. When the protagonist grows up, his uncle presents him the tavern and reveals the truth about his origin: it turns out that the character is the son of the late King Owen. Your task is to gain political influence throughout Delcris and defeat the villains who killed your father.
