The other 3 are for incoming messages, chat with the assistant, and profile details.

To start from scratch, you have to remember your myGov account credentials, create a Centrelink account, and link them together. Congratulations! Now you don’t have to go to the office or phone its workers. Express Plus Centrelink app will tell you the freshest information about your study details, current job income, and income of the entire family. Other official documents include Child Care Subsidy details, official Centrelink letters, and digital copies of concession and health cards. 

The app failed to complete some of the tasks during 2-week testing for this Express Plus Centrelink review. Such inconveniences are caused by messy programming layers of the app. It’s weird why developers take it so easy because some users can’t even share documents. This may lead to serious problems with refunds and subsidies.
