Work your way through five unique neighborhoods of increasing affluence and prestige by buying run-down properties and renovating them to earn top dollar! Unlock access to new items as you complete each neighborhood and renovate larger and more luxurious properties.

Sandbox Mode

Create your dream home and neighborhood or try out a crazy design idea! In Sandbox mode, you are given an unlimited budget and a plot of land to let your imagination come alive.

Steam Workshop
