RESIDENT EVIL 3
Resident Evil 3 Remake is a horror game that was released in April 2020 by Capcom studio. It is a remake of a famous Resident Evil 3 game that was released back in 1999. Developers have already remade the original Resident Evil 2. RE 2 Remake was released a year ago, and a lot of fans enjoyed playing it because all the locations and characters were taken from the original game.
Developers improved the graphics and gameplay. Resident Evil 3 Remake has the same plot as in the original RE 3 game. Of course, graphics and characters were improved. However, Resident Evil 3 Remake is more controversial than the previous remake. Let's see what are the pros and cons of the app.
Graphics 5/5
Resident Evil 3 Remake graphical effects are great. They have a lot of in common with Resident Evil 2 Remake graphics, but developers slightly change some locations and improved the overall lighting effects. There are a lot of dark locations, but you will be able to use the flashlight in order to see better. All the enemies look great. There are a lot of zombies that look scary and disgusting. Developers did a great job while working on the game models.
Gameplay 4/5
First of all, RE 3 Remake is not a free game. You can purchase Resident Evil 3 Remake for Windows, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One platforms. The game supports both singleplayer and cooperative game modes. The plot of the game is pretty simple and interesting. You will be playing as Jill. She is stuck in the Raccoon City – the city, where almost all citizens became infected with a virus. You cannot escape the city because everything there is closed.
Jill also knows that the Umbrella Corporation infected the city by using the secret biological weapon. Your mission is to find the way out of the city, but while playing, you will meet many characters and creatures that might help or prevent you from getting to the objective.
In addition, bullets in Resident Evil 3 Remake are no longer rare. You can find bullets on many locations or craft them by yourself. In its predecessor bullets were pretty rare and you had to save them for better days. Resident Evil 3 Remake allows users to shoot everything they can see, so now the game is not as scary as it used to be.
Controls 5/5
Resident Evil 3 Remake controls are pretty simple. They have a lot of in common with other third-person games. However, the controls are almost identical to Resident Evil 2 Remake controls, so if you have played that game, you will not experience any problems.
Replay Value 4/5
Resident Evil 3 is a linear game, so you will not see much difference if you replay it. However, you will enjoy replaying it if you are a fan of the Resident Evil game series. You can also play the game with friends.
The Bottom Line
We recommend you to download Resident Evil 3 Remake if you like zombie games. It is a gripping game. Resident Evil 3 Remake is a nice remake of the original Resident Evil 3 game, but it is not as scary as the Resident Evil 2 Remake. Here, you will be able to shoot a lot of monsters and explore different locations. Thank you for paying attention to this Resident Evil 3 Remake game review.
