Here you can count on the improved 3D graphics and perfect music, making your playing experience even brighter. The design of levels and characters are much better and detailed now. You will see the gorgeous horizons with a tundra environment and meet funny characters with nostalgic voices.

Get ready to navigate the picturesque worlds to perform the tasks and complete the missions solving puzzles. You will see the accurate levels where you will find the hidden side challenges rather simply. There are a lot of familiar faces. We would say in this Spyro™ Reignited Trilogy review that the title is more kid-friendly. It is not extremely difficult, but very cute. Though there are moments when you think the easiest tasks turn to be impossible to perform. It depends on the level. In the grunt-level you can fight with an opponent with fire blast winning easily, but in the flying level you are expected to be very accurate to kill a boss.

Controls 5/5

The controls are improved and added with tracking tools, enhancing the playing experience. If you feel confused about them, you can take a guidebook providing helpful hints. There are the old controls that are updated only like you are able to rotate the camera with the left thumbstick now. Playing is comfortable.

Replay Value 4/5

You will be able to complete the first three adventures in 20 hours approximately. You will crash around with pleasure because the charge mechanic combines maneuverability and sensation of stampeding in a perfect way. The key goal here is to collect the items and develop speed. Thus, the game is not for those seeking inventive gameplay or gripping stories. Collecting dozens of eggs gets incredibly repetitive, so the trilogy's replayability is limited.

The Bottom Line

These three titles in one collection deserve admiration being well-designed and having smart puzzles. The fairy worlds are full of details and animations. If you have played it before, you will see the changes which make the title charming. The art style is excellent here.
