TerraTech is a simple sandbox game that was released in 2015 by Payload Studios. However, you could find the game on Steam only in August, 2018. The goal of the game is simple. Players have to create different vehicles, upgrade them, attach different weapons, and explore the world. Unfortunately, you cannot download TerraTech game for free. However, the game offers singleplayer, multiplayer, and cooperative game modes. You can also access Steam Workshop in case you play the game on PC. TerraTech can be downloaded for PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, Windows, Linux, Mac OS, and SteamOS platforms.

Since it is a sandbox game, graphics are pretty simple. Nevertheless, you can easily distinguish all the objects. However, the picture does not look realistic. All the graphics are cartoonish. Moreover, the image is very colorful and bright. There are many interesting locations and they all look different.

First of all, there are many different game modes in TerraTech. The first one is called “Campaign”. There you have to explore the world, search for enemies, and earn money by completing different objectives. While exploring, you will meet many other cars that can be destroyed with the help of the weapon you have. Vehicles drop resources when they are destroyed. Collect the resources and upgrade the car.
You can play the campaign in a cooperative mode. There is also a “Creative” mode available. It allows you to build anything you wish. The “Gauntlet” game mode allows users to play in a multiplayer. There you have to race with other players. There is also a “Sumo” mode available.“Sumo” mode should also be played in a multiplayer. Here you will have to fight other players and earn points in order to win the game.

TerraTech controls are pretty simple. Nevertheless, it will take some time to get used to them. You can easily control the car, but the speed depends on how many modifications you have attached to the vehicle. The more modifications you have – the slower the vehicle becomes. TerraTech allows PC users to connect a gamepad. It makes it easier to control the car.

TerraTech is a nice game, and you will enjoy playing it if you are a fan of sandbox games. However, it might become boring after a few hours of gameplay. You might also get bored if you play the game alone.
